I have been having really bad tension headaches for years and taking over the counter tablets and i think im just getting rebound headaches i havent took any 2day my head is

killing me but trying 2 stop anyone no any other things i cud try its driving me insane!

I recommend FEVERFEW. This is now recognised to be the best thing for migraines and all kind of headaches that are not a direct cause of a sight problem or a brain tumour. It

takes a little while to get into the system but it does work DO NOT take these caps or tabs on an empty stomach I grow the plant and eat 2 leaves a day between a slice of bread

and my headaches are slowing down. You get them from the health store.
