I have Mild headaches during yoga and after scuba diving. Is this Normal for me?
Q:When I was youn, I do not have headaches. But after scuba diving I have a throbbing headache for a short period of time and then it goes away. Okay, there's pressure changes
and gear and whatnot in diving, so that doesn't worry me. But I also get them during my yoga class. I usually just keep working through them and they go away, but it worries me.
Could it be from holding my breath? Is this normal?
A:First of all, yoga is not useful for everyone! You shouldn't be holding your breath for yoga...if they continue, and you're worried, talk to your doctor.
